In May, Treasurer Ma broke ground for Day Creek Villas in Rancho Cucamonga, which will provide 140 units of affordable housing for seniors age 62 and older. Sponsors: City of Rancho Cucamonga and National CORE. Between January and May, the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee overseen by the Treasurer financed 6,500 affordable housing units and the California Debt Limit Allocation Committee she chairs has awarded $1.4 billion in tax-exempt private activity bond allocations to finance 5,302 rental units, among other projects.
With March employee-of-the-month Jennifer Nguyen, a senior accounting officer in the Administration Division, surrounded by her colleagues.
