* On December 19, 2001, after allocation to all eligible Rental Projects, CDLAC awarded the balance remaining ($73,775,798) to CHFA's Single-Family Program.  The CDLAC Procedures require all Single-Family allocations to be made one half to CHFA, and one half to Local Issuers. In order to comply with the Procedures, staff recommends that the 2002 CHFA pool amount be reduced by one half of the amount of allocation awarded to CHFA at the December CDLAC Meeting, and the Local Issuer pool be increased by the same amount ($36,887,899).

** The amount available in the Single-Family Pool may exceed 50% in the First Round in order to meet the First Round demand.
